Walking, Running, and PB

Anyone that says you can’t work up a sweat by walking is wrong.
Oh so wrong.
I walked for 50 minutes and played with the speed and incline to keep boredom at bay. By the end, I was dripping sweat.
So it can be done. You can get a good sweat sesh just by walking. #fitfluential However, if you’re short on time then ramp up the speed and start running!
This morning I laced up my new Brooks and headed outside.
Love them so far. #Runhappy indeed!
I was all black and red today, so my lovely neon shoes stood out even more.
These are the Pure Connect. They’re super lightweight but have enough cushioning for me. It’s the perfect balance between minimalist and cushioned. When wearing them, there’s a bump in the middle that hugs my arch and encourages landing on the mid- or forefoot.
One way to make protein balls even better.
Add a giant glob of white chocolate wonderful pb. Yum.
